South Bank and Culture

I decided a little while ago that I would try and be more 'cultured' in general; by going to those things that I would normally note even consider. Like Art exhibitions, museums and the like. Most people that know me well will know that this is very unlike me, but thanks to a certain friend, my eyes were opened to the 'arts'.

So I went to South Bank and visited the:

Queensland Museum
Queensland Art Gallery
Queensland Gallery of Modern Art

All three were very interesting, but I found the Art Gallery most rewarding. I think I spent like 3 hours slowly walking round the various rooms, pictures, pieces and exhibits.

When I get back to the UK, I am certain to do more of this 'culture' stuff; After all I have never done any of the 'London Must Do' things, like the Tate etc..
